Also for the first one, Cavani makes a curved run so that the midfielder has the time to use his vision and spot him making the run, if he made a straight run it would have been called off side because it would be too swift for the midfielder to spot the pass. then you have to stay in better shape and fit ... train at the beach if possible and swim alot too youll have more stamina than the rest of the opponents including your teammates unless they also train at the beach and or mountains high altitude .. thats what i do to obtain my potential despite being 31 years old now i still run as if i was 18 or actually ive been told that i play better than an 18 year old due to my maturiy and experience despite beggining to play as a midfielder when i first joined the beautiful game of football mate. cheers..

@@gabriellameattray9778 he means when he sees his teammate with the ball he unmarks himself and makes a run to receive a pass for goal but his mates never give him the ball and/or give an incomplete lousy pass so he makes a run for nothing and wastes energy and opportunity for goal scoring, and that can be very frustrating during the course of the match.

I would recommend you work on personal ball dribbling/running drills. Sounds like you find yourself in a lot of 1v4 defenders situation. Just remember you don't need to juke every defender. You just need to get passed the defending line. From there your pace should help you break away.

Actually the center forward is not the same thing with a striker .strikers are closer to the enemy goal while center forwards are slightly more deeper on the field .And center forwards are the ones which start the play.l readed in Wikipedia.

Strikers and wingers how do I solve this issue: have a winger that likes to dribble and beat his man with skill, which results sometimes in losing the ball and I have a striker that gets frustrated when the winger doesn't pass, to the striker and the striker doesn't pass to the winger. How do we get the winger and striker to stop thinking of the individual and not the team? Eg all is terrible if either don't score.
