As a first time DM that's also really passionate about Kamen Rider, I've been busy creating a homebrewed magic item system based on OOOs' medal system in a location in my campaign, using a deck of cards instead of medals; with numbered cards being cell medals and face cards being core medals (OOO x Blade haha). You're probably the only other DM I know who loves Kamen Rider and homebrews the campaign. I'm currently running a single-player Kamen Rider campaign with MC, so homebrew is very necessary, haha! BTW Using cards for medals is a genius move! I do wanna make OOO myself soon, but I'll decide on that based on polls that I'll be putting up in the near future. I think you should make a dedicated video for Philip, Shotaro, and them combined so people know how to use their subclasses and combined features. If you dedicated 10-15 minutes to both and a bigger chunk to explaining and demonstrating their combined form.

Kamen Rider Cyclone Testing 1) Anima Armor 1a) Anima Armor 1a.I) [] Strikes. You can use your Intelligence modifier, instead of your Strength or Dexterity modifier, for attack and damage rolls using a weapon or unarmed strike. 1a.I) [] Strength. You add your Intelligence modifier to any Strength saving throw and ability check made using Strength. 1a.III) [] Leap. You use your Intelligence for the purposes of calculating the distance of your long jump and high jump. 2) Prismbicker 2a) Engine of Purpose has a lot of mileage for the Oath of the Mission Paladin. I feel like the other riders would benefit from something similar. 2a.I) By spending an amount of Spell Slots, you can give it an empowering effect that causes it to do more damage, or cause status effects/debuffs to enemies. 3) Maximum Drive Finisher 3a) My friends were saying how they loved the Atlas Break features but felt like there should be a few Atlas Break Techniques to add multi-layered complexity and variety to the effects the finishers could have (plus it'll give the games more of a tokusatsu cinematic feel). 3a.I) CycloneJoker: Joker Extreme: Double's body splits down the middle as the halves descend on their target. A variation of this attack involves Double jumping off the back wheel of Kamen Rider Accel BikeForm, allowing for faster acceleration upon descent. 3a.II) Cyclone Maximum Drive: After inserting the Cyclone Memory in the Maximum Slot, Double performs a wind-charged flying kick followed by a mid-air spin kick. Only featured in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum. Eternal Maximum Drive: After inserting the Eternal Memory in the Maximum Slot, Double jumps in the air with blue flames coating his right foot then Double performs a flying kick hitting his target with the blue flames. Only featured in the game: KAMEN RIDER: memory of heroez 3a.III) Bicker Charge Break: A powerful version of Prism Break, with the Prismsword enhanced by the Gaia Memories and by pressing the Maximum Starter. A variation of the Bicker Charge Break turns the Bickershield into a whirling disc of energy which Double can ride like a surfboard, allowing him to perform the Maximum Drive against an airborne foe. 3a.IV) Bicker Finalusion: A laser blast made from the energies of the Gaia Memories. A variation of the Bicker Finalusion using the Metal Memory in place of the Joker Memory creates a strong energy shield. Another variant was shown in Chapter 73 of Futo Tantei, where Double uses the Heat, Luna, Cyclone and Accel Memories to fire a more powerful laser blast that is enveloped in a spiral of fire.

A variation of this attack is the Steam Metal Branding, a tandem attack used in combination with Kamen Rider Accel's Engineblade which is only seen in the Hyper Battle DVD. 4a.V) CycloneMetal - Metal Twister: Kamen Rider Double spins around while swinging the Metalshaft covered in an aura of wind. 4a.VI) LunaMetal - Metal Illusion: Kamen Rider Double spins the Metalshaft around to create golden rings that float around Kamen Rider Double, before unleashing them upon the target all at once. 4a.VII) When Stag Phone attaches to the Metalshaft, it allows Kamen Rider Double to perform the Metal Stag Break Maximum Drive, crushing the Dopant between two pincer-like energy projections emitted from the Metalshaft. 4a.VIII) LunaTrigger - Trigger Full Burst: Double fires multiple charged homing shots at the enemy. 4a.IX) HeatTrigger - Trigger Explosion: Double fires a single constant stream of fire that completely vaporizes the enemy. 4a.X) CycloneTrigger - Trigger Aerobuster: Inserting the Cyclone Memory in the Triggermagnum, Double fires multiple shots of pressurized air at the enemy. Trigger Storm Bomb: Inserting the Trigger Memory in the Triggermagnum, Double shoots the ground and it erupts into a twister, hitting enemies in the air above. 4a.XI) When Stag Phone attaches to the Triggermagnum, it allows Double to perform the Trigger Stag Burst Maximum Drive, crushing the Dopant between two pincer-like energy projections shot from the Triggermagnum. 4a.XII) When Bat Shot attaches to the Triggermagnum, it allows Kamen Rider Double to perform the Trigger Bat Shooting Maximum Drive, locking onto the target through the Bat Shot and then firing a concentrated blast from the Triggermagnum with pinpoint precision. 4a.XIII) When Beetle Phone attaches to the Triggermagnum, it allows Kamen Rider Double to perform the Trigger Beetle Blaster Maximum Drive, crushing the Dopant with horn-like energy from the Triggermagnum.

The harbinger thing is narratively pretty cool actually. Now that I think about it, an AU version of Agito's story could've been to stop a rampaging Ultimate Kuuga. Dark vs Shining Riders.

I've been making homebrew Kamen Rider belt magic item on dndbeyond. At the moment I have Ichigo to Gaim finished with the other riders in their series made as well. I haven't made the bikes stats, Undead from blade, or the advent contract monsters for Ryuki but they're gonna be on my to do list once I have created all and yes, all the rider belts.
