Hi Lisa, did you get a reply about this? I was going to ask the same question.. I just want to know if I get a subscription account for my kids if I can use the same account on both an Android and iPad device so my kids & I can play together with all the packs at the same time? Or even if I play on the PC, can they use the same account for their iPad? Thanks! For some reason Pazu doesn't reply to my tickets & replies then they just close the ticket :(

It says it has to be turned on - Select Start, enter Windows features, and select Turn Windows features on or off from the list of results. In the Windows Features window that just opened, find Virtual Machine Platform and select it. Select OK. You might need to restart your PC.
