So far all I understand is that you are a light tank except you have more HP, alpha, pen, viewrange than batchat 12 t, better stationary Camo and MARGINALLY worse Camo on the move. There is essentially no reason not to play with the borrasque as a light tank. This thing is op

There should be raining maps, and night maps (in which you gain visibility once you turn the lights on, or you gain cammo once you turn them off) Also a game mode would be amazing, a platoon mode in which players make up a crew (Driver, gunner, radio operator) Driver drives, gunner shoots, radio operator commands and has access to the mini map. In this case the platoon would have to comunicate just like a real crew. This would be the most fun thing WG can ever introduce into the game.
