15:10 ojer kaslem is my jam. Mono green i just sit there and ramp ramp ramp. I need to edit and add more removal, but tbh its more fun to sit there and watch people try to asses the deck. Themes are revealing from library and putting those i fo not choose on the bottom of library (commander's theme) trample anthems, and power/toughness equal to lands/forests. Its fun, its a battlecruiser deck through and through.

oh, so that's what battlecruiser deck is I guess my MTG Arena deck i have for historic is a Gruul Battlecruiser at my best, I can drop nearly my entire library on the battlefield should my opponent decide not to simply concede after the 3rd instance of Discover triggering in the same turn only for a Chimil to be set down as well as cabaretti revels and other fun (for me) ways to cheat creatures into play keeps being layed down, increasing the rate at which im dropping my library down. its great!

Thank you for reminding me of Neera, that is one Izzet commander that I'd like to try. She's fantastic in Baldur's Gate.

I agree! I think Neera is so different than all of the Izzet commanders they have printed and has the ability to throw a healthy amount of chaos into the game!

You have Mayael but not Svella? My Budget Golos, the Ice Shaper deck is 100% Battle Cruiser. Dropping 7+ power (often 8+ MV) fatties on to the board and hoping Sarkhan's Unsealing is already out! Battle Cruiser for days!! (Also has Dragon Throne of Tarkir as a closer)

I have a similar Svella deck. Pretty sure I have 30+ six drops or higher in the deck. It is bad, but stupid fun. I went heavy into untap stuff to make manaliths early and then rapid fire her 2nd ability. Seedborn muse is sick with her.

@@andrueurbane7361 For sure, Seedborn is a monster in that deck. for fun times I added Posibility Storm so I can cast what I pick with Svella and make everyone else cast randos.

I have a buddy with a Svella deck and that deck is surprisingly consistent with having a MASSIVE amount of mana!

In a Svella deck, having less than 30 six drops seems like a waste 😏

@@Azoreign You're thinking small with 6 drops, I have 20 at 7+ in my old moxfield list (dragon tribal) and once I update it to actual that count will go up.

My favorite two battlecruiser decks are Shadrix Silverquil and Nylea, Keen Eyed

A buddy of mine loves Shadrix, he is a great as a sort of "I scratch your back you scratch mine...until I can win the game" type commander. And personally I think the Theros Gods cycle are awsome. Cheap indestructible enchantments that give good payoffs and turn into creatures later.

I like battlecruiser but problem is all those expensive flashy spells also costs a lot. Would be cool to have a few of those dragons from baldur's gate etc.

I wonder about my Jund dragon deck. 14 ramp spells, most common CMC is 6, and second most common creature CMC is 7. And I love it. Most of my dragons are a "Oh damn..." moment for the opponents. I usually only need two or three in play in order to knock someone out.

I think competitive EDH (cEHD) has it's place in the format and definitely has followers. Personally, I always viewed commander as a casual format and there needs to be a clear line separating the two.
