This song specifically, but the album as a whole, helped me cope with the death of my mom. She was 46. I was 25. Thank you for breaking it down accurately and simply. I am grateful. By the way, on Saturday, Blind Melon Vocalist Travis Warren got married. A nice come around

On that third measure(?) when it goes D, G, A before starting over, Is the D supposed to be the DDD, and the G supposed to be the UUU, and then the A is the DUDU? And, if so, does the A get the embellishment like it does in the first measure? And then again at the end of the next measure of A? And, is that how that other little part is played also - with the embellishment? I guess what im asking is does the DUDU always get the embellishments. Im SOOOO close to having this down. I struggled with the strum for weeks. Only just figured it out by trying to do Jane Says. Thanks for the great content. You, and Lauren and a few others are really making this go a lot better than i expected. Much Love Brother.
