At the 7:00 minute mark he could’ve moved that lower white checker for a guaranteed king in 2 moves. Wonder why he moved the upper one? Am I missing something? Btw, I just subbed. Good info!

You are correct that he could have moved the left hand checker in either direction to get a king (into the roach motel on the bottom left or in between my 2 anchor checkers) Either move would still result in him losing a checker because of the bridge between his checkers on f4 and d6 and the game. He had lost the game because I still had my 2 anchor checkers in place. See strategy or secret 6 in our first video "How to play checkers and win 90% of the time. 07:46 He could've got a king by moving forward the back piece. You'll get it with your king. this would make the game last a bit longer but he'll lose it anyways

I'm pretty sure with the king you can move how many spaces across the board but has to be diagonally so why in this app you can only move one space with the king?

Because it is English draughts or American checkers. The versions of this game have different rules.

Just set up a tunnel using sacrificial pieces, to get the other side to move a corner piece on the edge out of the corner so you can take said corner, king-ing that piece. Use the king to swap positions between the side spot closes to the corner and vice versa. No opposing pieces can get them. You also have to adamantly refuse to move your last row, protecting them. After enough moves on the kings part between the two spots; the other side has no available moves, but since you have a kinged piece, you have theoretically infinite moves. You win by default. absolute asshole move, but if you are successful in getting to the corner, they can't do shit against it

That is correct, but he had lost in any case because I still had my 2 anchor checkers in place. Once you lose a checker the game is normally lost unless you have a good position.
