Started claw yesterday and at first it felt like i should just give up because i could not do anything properly. and i coudnt place my fingers on the buttons properly and in time. but one tip tho is to hold your controller tightly and only move your index finger dont try to find the easy way out by moving your thumb to press the buttons during fighting situations. Its gonna be real bad either its building or aiming or editing and you will feel worse but keep on playing claw dont give up. Im on my second day and i am getting used to it. Idk if its me but somehow claw has made me a more confident player and when confidence is there you can hit your shots as well. What worked best for me is to go in gamemodes like red vs blue or The pit where lots of learning players and try hards as well play and when you keep fighting them you will be forced to learn fast

Guys question, I’m pretty comfortable on claw however, pressing A/X and RT/R2 at the same time is rather challenging, for example jumping and pickaxing or spraying smg and jumping while in a box. Anyone have tips for me? Or should I change my jump bind to something that I can press easier at the same time as my trigger?

Your supposed to use your middle finger on r2 and your pointer finger for claw but you can also use your pointer finger for the face buttons and r1 or you can use your middle finger for r1 as well or switch between both but use your middle finger to press r2

Also dragon claw is where you use your ring finger for r2 and your middle finger for r1 and your pointer finger for the face buttons (claw) but this play style is a bit uncomfortable for me but it depends on you
