I swear I didn't like the deck when I first read the cards, but then I've won a tournament and unpacked an alt art galacticmon so I ended up building it... I gotta say this deck is really really cool and I'm loving it so much! And I'm liking it even more now that I finally realized I skipped the line where snatchmon said "unsuspend" 😂

Loved the video and style choice! Walking through it as though you were playing in an actual game was a really nice way to show off your deck! I’m really excited to see Part 2!

Thank you! I have multiple videos like this on the channel, so be sure to check that out! Part 2 coming out next week! : )

Another tip, sometimes it's better to just let your galacticmon die if only to keep more vems in the trash especially if you have a galact and snatch in hand you can recover 6 via effects 2 via evolution/abilities and 1 from the base rookie if you use galacticmons ability to recover every time you run the risk of emptying your trash and denying evolution effects, including the very necessary "delete one digimon"

Really great video! I did some dry runs myself but I hadn't yet realised how sticky Galactic could be or how quickly you can rebuild the stack when he does eventually die. Can't wait for the full deck profile.

Galacticmon is probably one of the most sticky cards in the entire game right now, if it wasn't for the main meta game being BlackwargreymonX! What people didn't realize at the side event is that protection from leaving the battlefield also means being killed in battle. They'll be 3 deck profiles, so look out for that!

Effect timing question. Say I have a Galactic w Destro, Snatch and 6 ven in the stack. Opponent declares an attack. I activate Destro’s inheritable to redirect the attack. Snatch effect the resolves to unsuspend G and give it blocker. I don’t have to block the redirected attack correct? The incoming attacker battles the unsuspended G, and assuming G has more DP, and G is ready to block another card if on the filed. Good profile! The blue card from the EX02 set makes this boy a lot faster.

Yes! The redirect and the [Blocker] are two different things, so you are free to just let the battle happen and block another incoming attack on the opponent's turn, though interestingly, if you have any effects that trigger when you [Block], like the starter deck Black Tai, you could block the redirected attack to unsuspend him with the Tai. Another note, since the it has 6 Vem in it's inheritable and it bottoms six Vemmons to deck bottom, even if the Galaticmon would lose the battle, it would survive by further putting the last 4 Vems to deck bottom, still ready to block another attack. And I love Blue Card! It's such a cool card, but I don't think you really want to use it in this deck, considering that it's preferable for you to mill cards to the trash, which makes the Blue Card incredibly bricky/able to whiff. But a version of the deck where you play Izzy instead of Tai would make the effect be able to hit far more often, but it would always be a risk if you don't know what's on the top of the deck. Maybe BT11 Mamemon would help with that?

I tried playing this deck against a friend's UVeedramon and with how slow this deck is, UV can find all the pieces it needs to swing through your entire security or just kick your Galactic via Ulforce's unsuspend effect. I feel that's another deck to watch out for when playing Galactic, as sending vemmons to deck kills your bounce back potential as they are not in the trash to fuse into a new galactic.

I have a hard time actually seeing how it's a bad match up for Galactic though, at least from my own playtesting with my friend who plays Ultforce. I could like in the video, always go into a fullstack Galactic when I pushed out my second egg, deleting a tamer and a Digimon on my way, he's 15k, even if Ultforce can "bounce" him (which he never was able to do since I removed the first tamer he played every round), since Galactic can redirect/block, Ultforce would need 3 tamers to be able to swing, unsuspend and evade, unsuspend swing and unsuspend to evade again to get through the wall that is Galacticmon, and then the opponent needs to play yet another tamer to actually be able to do damage. I can see two Ultforces at once being a huge issue though haha

When you evolve Snatch at 5:18 why is it free? you have 2 vemmon in source and his evo cost is 3 so shouldnt it cost 1?
@acoupleofswitch6191 Жыл бұрын
The reason is that my Swedish accent is butchering the English language, I am saying three : ) As you can see on that timestamp I am paying the proper cost.
