You could score the Crib as an opponent with two sets of pegs on the board and try to beat it

This is very clever. But I'm only averaging about 63 points per game. Still great practice for scoring hands though as I'm new to cribbage. Thank you!

A cribbage half game is 61 points and in the digital cribbage solitaire game by zachtronics, they use 61 points as the arbitrary "win" condition if you care about that kind of thing. Though that cribbage solitaire game does work differently

So do you not count Heels in this? (Edit) Oh never mind you covered it at the end.

Hello! What are the values of the face cards? Do they all have a value equal to 10?
@joellafrozen41117 ай бұрын
All face cards are worth 10

Hey great video. I think you covered just about everything. I have the same board as you I think. Also I had a quick question. There is no pegging in cribbage solitaire?

Does the crib still need to have a 5 card flush only?

Yes

My brother can play this without a Cribbage board. He can keep score in his head

Good for your bother, don't see why it matters if someone uses a cribbage board or not.

This seems extremely hard to win.. With only 6 deals you would need to average 20 points per deal, and score the last points with the remaining 4 cards of the deck... Hitting 20 points per deal is almost impossible without hitting 4-of-a-kinds.... In order to compensate for the points you can't get from pegging play, I would make 31's in hands count for 2 points too, with ace being valued at either 1 or 11, to help make 31's...

Could count any number, e.g., 80-85 as a win. I won’t tell…😂

Takes away much of the strategy. I would flip one card at a time to battle from the dummy side before counting hand.

The strategy of putting cards in your crib is still there, though.
