This is the highest quality dissection of a piece I've ever heard. You covered a full range of both subjective and objective topics in every section, provided both bird's-eye and under-the-microscope analysis, and best of all, you clearly love the work; it shows in how you talk about it for sure, but how you play says it all. I teach piano lessons myself, and I already know that watching your content is going to enrich my approach. I hope you keep making these 💙

It IS wonderful! It’s so pleasant to hear things explained in a professional manner by someone who very obviously understands the music and composer, it demonstrated with quirks of humanity. I absolutely love this tutorial!

LOVE to see you doing your thing! I said it before and I mean it - you are giving world conservatoire class tutorials free and I think that is something truly generous 💗💗 You are living up to the angelicus moniker for sure 😇❤️ Happy Easter to our clan up North xxxx Love and hugs 🐾🐈⬛

Always like these lessons. Strangely, this one inspired me to work on a section of one of my compositions which is very unrelated, but the Arabesque explanations and examples inspired a section that I was stuck on!

I got such a lot out of your Clair de Lune tutorial that I thought I would send myself to metaphorical polyrhythms boot camp, then come back to this piece, which I've l always thought was beyond me. It may still be, but you've inspired me to give it a jolly good try. Again, insightful and inspirational. Thank you!

I love the feelings this piece invokes, the beauty, harmony, questioning, replies, all so non-judgmental, all so accepting. I feel it’s life as we should live it. Can anyone suggest similar piano pieces? I only need to learn and play these and I will be so, so content.

Check out a book called Les Petites Impressions. It's a stepping stone to Debussy. However, if you're absolute beginner even that will prove challenging.
