Great tutorials !.. just wondering - are the dominoes with the little metal pin spinner any better than the ones without it. I have a pack with those pins but I find them a little annoying, very wobbly when face down.

Is there a method of remembering all this Dominos? I am having a hard time trying to memorize these strategies.

It's not hard for a seasoned domino player to anticipate and prepare to throw down points, funny story one time there was a couple fives on the board, and a six and a four, I knew if this guy threw down the double six then I could slap down my double four and spank that ass, and that's what happened, he threw down the double six, I threw down my double four combined with the double five that's 30 points. I did it so fast that he accused me of looking at his dominos........LOL

Basically domino island games involve placing dominoes on top of dominoes as long as the number of total pips underneath the placed stone is equivalent to the number of pips on the stone. There are various variations. There are various variations of these games though. But basically if you've played Pylos and Carcassonne, it's easier to understand these.
