Man, I love Duck Hunt's implementation in Smash. He's just so unique and off-the-wall yet solid, and delivers a great spectator experience. Not only is he 1 of only 2 quadrupedal fighters in the game (and even then Ivysaur doesn't have his own spot on the roster), but he combines the dog, the duck, the light gun user, and other light gun games together so concisely into one moveset. His specials (besides Up Special) are super out-there and really interesting. They have so many possibilities for combos, in ways no other fighter demonstrates. He's a conglomeration of so many things and it somehow works. Duck Hunt almost feels like playing a real time strategy game, with you controlling a whole army at once (the dog, the duck, the hunter, the cans, the clay pigeons, and the gang members).

I know this video is 2 months old, but I want to correct you on Duck Hunt's down special: The Gunman is NOT completely random. You will summon ALL gunmen and then they are shuffled again. what means, the first gunman is completely random, but if you remember all gunmen you called in the first 4 down specials (or if you just remember which one is missing) you know 100% which one you will get in your next down special! This is also written in the tips section for duck hunt duo! (I could not find a comment stating this so far, that's why I did it! Could not let this "lie" about the gunman stay like this :D)

Minor correction, the gunman aren't completely random. The 2 most recently used gunmen will not not show up. So it is possible to plan with them in a similar fashion to card counting if that makes sense.

About the recovery + can technique: you dont have to alternate flicking the control stick and the b button; after inputing a direction for DH to fly, they will keep flying in that general direction until you input something else (like airdodge to ledge).

In Smash Ultimate, the 5 Gunmens appeared if you use the move 5 times but the order of the appearance of each Gunman is RNG. But I'm not sure if a single Gunman can appeared 2 times in a row...

The "not well know Fact" that Duck hunt ( NES ) has a two player mode . Is a semi fake fact . Yes it does have a two player mode as described . It was a vary well known fact as it was mentioned in the manual and in Nintendo power . The only people that did not know about it besides the people that did not play the game , was people that could not read and/or got into gaming after the NES era of gaming . Also note Duck hunt is not a duo . It's a trio ( Dog , Duck & zapper ) .

Can does not become more powerful the more times you ping it. Try joining a character discord when making these videos so you don't have misinformation in them. Also, the way you are detonating clay pigeons... not true combos. They would be able to act out of it.
