pro tip if you wanna get good at recoil control. hop on t hunt pick your difficulty (preferably realistic), pick sledge and only use the smg 11 exclusively. my friend showed me this and after a while buck and twitches assault rifles became laser beams and I'm more comfortable using them now and anchoring with smoke or mute is way better because with enough practice you basically have two primaries at your disposal

What difficulty should you train on in T-hunt? I run classic T-hunt twice on hard before I jump into queues, and when I'm doing the T-hunt I have no problems landing shots and getting kills or even headshots, even using close-range optics at longer ranges. Then I jump into queues and my aim is so bad that even if I ambush someone I have a decent chance to lose that gunfight since I'll miss 2/3 of the magazine. The only thing I can think of is that the T-hunt difficulty I practice on is too low, which is why the skills aren't transferring over.

Idk what your foundation is for aimming but just play on regular and just put in more reps and if you want like focus on like a certain aspect of your game that your struggling on like for example run in the middle of the room with a bunch of bots and practice just trying to kill them as fast as you can by just flicking and spraying or going for one taps/headshots only maybe practice on ur movement by quick peeking or just generally moving fluently while aiming. Try to incorporate your movement into your aim so instead of only using your mouse to make small aim adjust you can use your movement keys. You can hop in a custom game and just pick an object on the wall to track as you move around and pick two objects on the wall to flick between. But the game is more then just aim like you can get frags by using good positioning and angles with good crosshairs placement. Also in my opinion I prefer disarm bomb over thunt classic as its more hectic and you have more bots to kill. But everything comes with time just keep playing and eventually your aim will improve
