I talked a lady friend into singing and playing this, so I would finley learn it. She doesn't play solos much on her acoustic guitar so I will have fun. Think it will go over really well. It is amazing how great using this small part of the harmonica can sound. I have found practice a little, walk away then come back hit it harder helps it soak in. You broke this down nicely. Thanks.

I have always loved this song. This is probably the most straightforward explanations I have seen on how to play it. The funny thing is, I have never had a problem bending notes on the draw. it always came naturally to me. I seem to have the hardest time getting my breathing synched, but I am getting there. Thanks for a great tutorial on a great song. Has anyone come up with a harmonica version of Mr Bojangles?

Thanks for the lesson. I looked at a few different versions on this song and started thinking, "who has it right?" I downloaded a slow down app, purchased the song, and found that you have it right on. I haven't gotten the song down yet, but I'm getting there. Keep up the great work. I'm into backpacking and camping and I learn songs on the harmonica to use for my intros. Gotta say, you're good and I have subscribed to you.

Hey Harpdaddy to play that song by supertranps use a D harmonica and the holes used are 5 draw 4 draw 3 draw and 2 draw. Pretty easy to figure it out.
