I have tried so many piano teachers and finally like Jordon Leibel* have thought about Lisa from Pianote but she is rushes all the time and never learnt.. I would love to see Jordon sing as well at the same time when he is teaching that would be more nicer but Jordon is very well explained and i like the way he slowing down a bit ...

Pls correct me if I'm mistaken. I'm new to piano and sheet music. He plays Bass Clef notes one octave lower than what the sheet is written actually.

The bass is being played an octave below where it is notated. As written, the high F in the base is the exact same note/white-key as the root of the F chord and it shows them to be played simultaneously. It's pretty obvious from the video what is intended, but just thought I'd point that out as nothing in the notation says to play it an octave lower.

Maybe a fifth according to the chord is a good option, specially if you want more "sound"... or you can play just one note of the octave.

Please, can you give some explanation how you use the pedal in this music (I am very beginner)? I guess you are using pedal but it seems to me that I didn't get the exact moment you are pressing. Maybe you can record a tutorial talking about pedal using this music as sample.
