I feel like they didn’t give him enough flight combat. I understand he’s a zoner, but damn! Ermac can’t fly and that man kills it in the air. Very much expected a ground to air grab (Superman injustice. 1 style) or air to ground. Idk, very underwhelming for sure. Haven’t played him yet, but played against him a good bit and not really interested in even playing him. Granted I don’t like zoners. But I just feel for a character that has flight…he should be able to get you in the air multiple ways not just his dash 1. Perhaps just wanting him to be more multitool since I really like the boys tv show so seeing Homelander in it made me excited. But perhaps if they put Butcher in a kombat pack then we’ll get the more brawler rush down style I’m yearning to see.

Thing I like the most in Homelander is that you don't need to spend meter on combos so you can use it on wakes up or zoning

With fighting games like mk i really struggle with certain inputs like bf or half circle inputs, for some reason the inout never comes out or it ends up making me jump or doing a different input

I find that it’s easier to use the D-pad instead of the joystick for inputs. For bf inputs I try my best not to press up or down cuz that could mess it up, for half circle inputs I kind of slide my thumb in the circular motion on the D-pad. Spending some time trying to spam a special move that is hard in practice could help u get it down

@@arrion7013 I’ve heard some say that a couple of his combos are bugged Hard to explain but from what I could make out is he’s not supposed to be able to do flight twice in a combo and it will be patched out later

He has almost no damage I’m honestly kinda disappointed on homelanders difficulty for little reward and then Omni man being kinda slow and being very punishable to a point where it doesn’t make sense to play them over other cast members

Picked him up through the App but hadn`t the Chance to play him yet but tomorrow it will finally happen. I was a Superman Main in Injustice 2 and he seems to have a lot of Moves from him and more. I will use Janet with him together until Ferra comes out. I`m excited. :)

Yeah he basically plays the same. Difference is Superman had a few slower but crazy damaging normals, and more health than most characters in injustice. Homelander doesn't share these traits.

Honestly after 1 day short day of training I’ll wait till they patch him because he’s got a lot of glitches and flight posed to cost bar when it ain’t or it don’t work when you don’t have the bar even though it don’t need to spend it. Zero reason to try learning him.
