Really enjoyed this video, well done! :) I've recently set up a little home studio and want to have a go at writing songs and playing all the parts (Drums, keys, bass, guitar) myself - I'm coming back to music after a very long break! - so this is perfect for me to have as a reference point. How do you transform right hand notes into the chords your right hand playing? ❤❤❤

The main concept I go by is melody has to be the top note - this guides the chord inversions that get used in the right hand - I hope this answers your question?

Yes I agree in most reggae grooves this is the case - This is a direct translation of the Eric Clapton version - I didn't hear kick and snare together but I am happy to be corrected - thanks all the same for your feedback and I might try to do a more authentic reggae tutorial down the track
