A few notes: - His arms are intangible in up smash. - Its forward smash is easily one of the best in the game as it comes out fast, kills incredibly early and it leaps forward quite a bit. Though it has a lot of lag, of course. - Darkest Lariat is a pretty solid OoS option. - Revenge is the fastest counter in the game (frame 3) - Revenge's max damage multiplier is 300% - Max Revenge can cause Alolan Whip to deal 75%, or even kill at 30%. - Angling forward tilt downwards is one of Incineroar's best 2-framing tools - His down tilt is easily one of, if not the best, down tilt in the game (R.O.B's might be better), as it's fast, has low lag, sets up for reliable kill confirms and it can 2-frame. - His legs are intangible on his down tilt which means it's a pretty significant disjoint. - His neutral air is the best landing option he has due to its long duration - Back air is better than forward air in almost every way. Though if you're not good at turnaround aerials (like myself), forward air is still good. - Forward throw has one of the strongest collateral hitboxes in the game which is very effective in 1v1's against Ice Climbers or Rosalina. - Due to the very diagonal angle of back throw, it's very situational to kill with. Unless you're at ledge, always use up throw to secure the kill. - Incineroar has one of the farthest reaching dash grabs in the game.

Incineroar has been one of my secondaries since I got the game and I still learned a lot of new things in this video! One of my biggest struggles with him is that I don't know what combos I can start off of some of his neutral tools like nair and fair and this showed me what I can follow those up with. Also, I gave the 1,000th like :)

A couple more facts about his up B: there are actually 2 different windows where you can input a direction: input 1 (during his ascent) changes direction, input 2 (right before the dive) can extend/shorten his dive angle, which can catch foes off guard, but only if he doesn't switch directions. Also, you can meteor most people with it AND survive; if you have good spacing and get him to hit the ledge right at the bottom of his ledge grab range, you can take out a ledge guarding opponent and recover (just don't hold down, that cancels his ledge grab).

I’ve been playing this cat very aggressively and his Up B is very useful as an attack because it throws the enemy off but you just have to watch out for them catching on and shielding. Just takes practice and confidence to learn how to aim the angle

He can get a guaranteed kill at about 30%. Down throw and short hop into up B. It’s true at 30%, they bounce to high after a little more, but the down b will spike off the stage and with double jump and air dodge he can absolutely make it back if done right. Personally I found this to kill most of the time and survive if he’s on the inside of the platforms on battlefield. No revenge needed

You can only use side b once, but neither of his specials put him in free fall which is nice. It give you a decent amount of mixup potential because you can up b first if you want to recover super high. The main problem with Incineroar's recovery is that his air speed is atrocious.
