Quick question as for the 3rd loop and so on: in your descriptionyou start with 6 and 7 and lets say that the next player has number 1. Does it matter if that player puts it around 6 or 7 and then the player after that can put it around 6, 7 or 1 and so on?

Great question - on turn 3 and so on, you place a loop around 1 spool already on the board and any spool is fair game. It doesn't matter if you use spool #6 every time, that just means it's going to be worth a lot of points at the end because it's going to have a lot more characteristics required of the word you pick at the end. And you're exactly right about being able to place a loop around spool 6 or 7 and then having the option of 6, 7, or 1 after that. You have more options as more spools are placed.
