Hello. I have three questions for you. 1) in step 1 for the dynasty there are 3 choices (draw/unexploite and do nothing. ) Does the Liberation have the right to do nothing and pass step 1? 2) in step 2 he is marked little to do one of his actions... but can we pass step 2 by not doing any of his actions? (Because it has already happened for the Liberation to do nothing and to go to step 3.) 3) Are the cards that must be discarded with Liberation to carry out a mission visible or hidden when I must discard them? Looks like the liberation player could easily cheat through either ineptitude or lack of integrity when they're supposed to choose cities that are adjacent when attacking or moving their base, or when answering whether their base is found. Is there a control for this?

Is it just me, or is Design Flaw Mission too OP? Being able to shut the Dynasty down to exploited cities, considering they almost always have adjacent cities.
