Found an old set at my Mom’s house and used this video to teach her how to play. We tried both versions and enjoy the chaos that the capture version brings. 😄

I think you forgot a rule in the first version where if you if you land on a blank spot on your side you put that peace in your bank and the opponents pieces that are in the circle above the one you landed on.

i think that's a house rule, I've never encountered that rule. Seems fun though!

Glad I found your video. My daughter got this game for Christmas so I had to find a video to help me figure out the rules since I have a hard time understanding written rules. I'm such a visual learner.

I literally never knew about the 1st version till today. I told my friend I was about to spank their ass in mancala thinking about the 2nd version and they came out of no where with the 1st ! Lmao my mind is blown. I think the 2nd version is better though. But it’s cool to know there’s two ways to play !

That is a good one and I might agree. I grew up with the capture version so the other version is kind of exciting in that it is a newer way for me.

It is a good game! I don't see too many people playing it anymore though, which is a bummer because it's pretty easy for people to learn

MAL video esta bien que salgas en el video pero queremos ver los movimientos y tu no lo haces por lo tanto no se que hiciste. Solo dijiste como se juega pero en bla bla.
