How To: Play Media to your XBMC device (PC)

Hey guys!

So, I'm sick. And I have done my best to talk as loud as possible.
There's also a Windows 8 Method which is easier but this one is for Vista/7/8
I don't have a any PC/Laptop with Windows XP.
This will also work with RaspBMC, XBMCbuntu, Android, IOS, MacOS and not to forget Windows.
I do not own the rights of playing the music in this video. It was just an example.

This was done with the latest XBMC (12.2 Frodo); Skin: Confluence

This uses UPnP or better know as DLNA for sending media to other devices.
This technology is broad so I intend on playing with this more.
