You don't have to do anything then since u don't have cards in your bank area and collection area there is a full set but it cannot be broken no matter what. Even if you have cards in your hands you still don't need to do anything since cards placed only in bank area and collection area can be given to other player

It might be a printing error or your game might not be an orginal game. In that case, don't remove those cards and continue to play normally.

On a turn a player can play upto 3 cards. So if a player has played deal breaker card and in response someone plays just no card than the deal breaker card gets cancelled. But since the player has still 2 more cards to play...he can again play a deal breaker card.

Great explanation sir! But I have one question! Would be obliged if you answer this. We know, in the absence of cards in the bank area, we can give property card/cards from the collection. But let's say I've completed a full property set, on which I've also laid both house card and hotel card. House card is worth 3 million and hotel card is worth 4 million. Now, a player is asking for rent and to pay him rent I don't have any cards in the bank area. So, to pay him rent I have made a choice to pay him from the full set of property that I've made (which also has house and hotel card on it). Now to pay the rent from that full property set, which card I have to give him first?! Do I need to give him the hotel card first, house card second and then the specific property cards to fulfill his rental demand?! Because if we play the specific property card first, without playing the hotel and house card to pay him rent, then in the absence of any one property card only from the full set, the hotel and house card will become useless, as we know we cannot lay hotel and house card over incomplete sets. This is what I need to know!

Great question. There is not much clarity on this rule. But based on different comments on the internet, You have to pay him via a property card from your full set. Once you give the property card, the house card and hotel card becomes useless. So remove them and put it in your bank area and use them as money cards in future. i may be wrong about this rule but this is what i understood based on the comments available on the internet.

1. He can use it only as money card. Action card once converted into money card, can only be used as money card going forward. 2.Yes, you can make more than 3 rows of property. As soon as you complete 3 sets of different color property, you will win the game. 3. It is not compulsory to play all cards that you have in your hand. You have to play cards depending on the strategy that you use.
