Great intro tutorial! I just now found the ways and means to pick up Moonstone at ORIGINS 2023... an absolutely delightful game of imagination & lore! Bringing this back to Japan with me... and will get those Moonstones found and dug up here in the Land of the Rising Sun. :)

Such a good video, really well explained. Sadly I missed both the kickstarter and the 15% off for black Friday - however, I do have allllll the battle systems Terrain so I think as soon as Christmas is over Moonstone is a no brainer for me. What a wonderful game!

Hi and thanks, they were made by a private hobbiest in the UK called Andrew, you can find his info in the video description!

Just getting in to this game now - your board looks great! I also have the fantasy village terrain but I’m wondering which trees you are using here? The scale looks ideal.

Clarification on rules At 30:30 the baron shoots at Bobby with his pistol which goes off. He then plays again which he's entitled to and shoots at Bobby again. In order to have dome this, should the baron have had to spend 2 energy to reload his pistol in order to have done so? Was this an oversight or is it a general perk that a follow up attack doesn't cost any additional energy? 👍

No reloads are needed in this situation, image as if the 'false bluffed' bullet has ricochet into a second target. I believe it's covered in the FAQ and also the new Arising book.

Great video Tom, can i ask where did you get this widgets etc i recognise the art of war GB bits but the 4 inch and 1inch things i cant find?
@tabletopandgaming Жыл бұрын
Hi there and thanks! The cream 4" widgets are from custom meeple (in their malifaux section) and the melee zone ones are from art of war (maybe check their bushido section). Hope that helps!

I've played a few games but have not found an answer to the goblin airship card text 'with an evade stat lower than -1', which way do they consider to be lower, is -2 lower than -1 for evade or would it go the other way?

very interesting game but pretty costly - I will wait hoping for some nice deal went to website and saw the price and told myself 65 euro is expensive for a starter - than I have noticed it is 65 pounds,, wow
@d.edwardmanders44963 жыл бұрын
The cost of the starter (for what you get in the box) is actually decent compared to buying the expansions, which are absolutely expensive as hell. The minis are fantastic looking in person, buuuut they require so much cleanup. The mold flashing is a pain.
