Rules Update: - Intruder Flee behavior: If an intruder flees, flip an event card to see which room they will move into. May have been said already, but when searching a white room, you can pick 2 cards from any ONE deck. You can choose any deck but both cards must be from a single deck.

Clarification: if an intruder flees they don’t automatically go back to bag. You draw event card and look to see which corridor they move to. If that room is a technical corridor they go back into tue bag. Also to kill an intruder you need to have equal or greater damage compared to the number you draw from the intruder attack card.

Hi, thanks for a concise and easy to follow tutorial. The bit about crafting a weapon (8'30") made me go doublecheck the FAQ: awakenrealms.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/NEMESIS_FAQ_2.0.pdf . It states weapons are crafted fully loaded. Question: When you craft a Flamethrower is it fully loaded? Answer: Yes Also, both the Queen and Breeder make you draw 2 cards to check health (12')

But this doesn't take anything away from the really good tutorial you put together. I've been learning the rules to hopefully play Nemesis for the first time today and your tutorial was excellent.

11:45 the intruder retreats to another room. What you explained only applies if it's a technical corridor. 19:55 it doesn't make sense that all characters in the hypernotorium dies, since some objectives are about reaching mars?

Hi. An item discarded does not return to the bottom of the deck. It goes into the discard pile. The only time an item is put on the bottom of the deck is when searching, you put in the bottom the item that you don't choose.

Thanks for the video. I'd just like to say it would easier to follow and grasp if all sections had a bit of silence between them + a longer/more recongizable visual transition. Right now it is a bit of a waterfall of sentences and since I'm already trying hard to understand the game, it becomes a whole another unexpected task to recognize where one topic starts and another ends... I had to pause and go back a lot, instead of just pausing on the transitions and finishing my thought, then moving on. :)

The attack system is not clear to me. For ex. when in the first round in a player phase I deal 2 dmg then I draw a in IA car d with 3 = the monster stays alive. When my actions depleted the combat continues in the next phase. I deal for ex. 2 more dmg. but if I draw a IA card with 5 or 6 it will still be alive? But when I draw and IA card with only 2 it means even the dmg. in previous phase would be enough but for attack I have to waste ammo. Is this correct...?

for white room, you must draw both cards from same deck color, cannot do e.g. one green and one red

Hi, the rules on page 23 state that: “when searching a white room, the player can choose to draw from any 1 of these three decks.” So we consider you can draw two from the same or from different decks. Thanks

If a Character performs Search Action in a white Room can he draw Item cards of two different colors? As in example below the main rule-when searching through a white room, you draw 2 cards from any ONE deck (so 2 cards from yellow, red or green decks, without mixing the colours). This is from publisher site Nemesis faq. Rulebook may not be clear everywhere.

I have a question. After the Event Phase of each turn, do the players keep the unused cards in their hand and draw enough to take it to 5 to begin the next turn, or do they discard all unused cards and draw a fresh set of 5? I couldn't find that in the video.

there were some mistakes, like not saying what happens if the intruder danger is equal to the cards, 9:50 subtitles saying "out of combat" when the cards are "in combat", or intruder retreat, but overall a nice guide under 25 minutes

The combat dice rules state you only deal 1 wound on the "double target" dice roll, but you stated it deals 2 injuries. Which is the rule I should go by? Edit: melee only deals 1 damage, shooting deals 2. Would be good for that to be clarified in the video somehow!!

Has a solid solo mode, you can play yourself and once you are good at the game and fluid in its rules try to introduce your mates. That way you can teach them (or suggest to watch a vid like this one), and because you will already know the rules you can help them when a conflict comes up. If they never do play again, you still have solo and may find others to play.

Seems a complex board game - with lots of little pieces which could easily get lost. I used to play Space Hulk, which was loads of fun! Nemesis seems to be an upgraded version of that. Very straightforward tutorial. Thanks. 🙏 M 🦘🏏😎
