The newest version of 3DSEN allows you to customize the color of the background so you can choose another color to key out other than black. In the 3DSEN settings under the skybox option pick a color (say hot pink). Then just match that color in the Virtual Desktop options and viola, basically perfect.

@@PattonPlays I mean so I don’t have to wire to the pc to play, and unfortunately I don’t think that’s a possibility for that emulator. I wonder why, I don’t think it requires any powerful hardware

It's not a conversion. Every profile is created specifically for each game.

Do you have to buy virtual desktop on both computers and oculus

For me, I only had to purchase Virtual Desktop for my Oculus but I did have to install the (free) Virtual Desktop Streamer software onto my PC. Available at their website. After that, I was good to go.
