Just a question, why did you not buy boots after first back? You had 2.1 enough for tia + boots, which would give you so much movement speed ??? You'd be able to clear + counterjungle in the same time than the enemy jungler runs for 4 camps // isnt it? why health + 10 ad?

After the first back, the first R gank should be coming. You'd rather be able to take a few more hits in that gank (hp) and the 10 AD can be the difference between 1 more auto needed, or a dead enemy. More beneficial for that first gank than running into the enemy jungle. That first ult can really set you up for snowballing if you get something done with it.

I play Nocturne alot. I'm struggling when it comes to 5v5's. Engage and get popped too fast.

Noct is not the engager. Unless there's a clear misposition pick. Use the ult to block vision, dont use the 2nd part until the end. Peel for your fed carry. Or dive into the backline once the front is engaged. For example, if he'd bought boots instead of say the longsword, Darius would'ved probably killed him in that lvl 6 fight top.
