I forgot about this video for half a month, but I'm glad it popped up in my suggestions. Because yeah, the game's a bit stingy on tutorial stuff, and I'm too lazy and forgetful to look over every key binding when I'll only need a few. Thanks!

thanks for the video. what i would like to have is a search option, similar to civ. for example - i wanna search for my built citadels, i couldnt search for it, so i had to manually check every city... a simple search mechanism would be nice... this game need a loooot of polishing... right now it is very crude...

I agree. But, at least some do highlight dependent on what you have selected. If you have a melee unit selected, your barracks will highlight, a ranged unit, and your ranges will. Religious buildings highlight if you have a cleric selected etc.
