How To Play OMEN in Valorant (PRO Tips & Tricks Series) || Omen To Immortal

⭐ In this series I'm trying to reach Immortal by only playing Omen while giving you a lot of PRO Tips, Tricks and Strategies for Ranked SoloQ. The goal is to have the absolutely highest win rate while teaching you some high elo knowledge that you can abuse to rank up faster. after losing pistol round, I did your classic shorty trick on B defense Ascent, and got 2 as a Brimstone. It has to be one of the most exhilarating feeling knowing I just finessed a spectre and ares or something out of their hands. 154 one shot each for a nice 2 kills. The play ended up winning us the round. It was the first time it worked and it was a nice way to start the act/season off lol

10:22 thanks for the tip COACH!!! So this is why i always lose the spike + ult clutch 90% of the time with my 100hr omen. I tend to play post plant and watch the spike instead of going aggressive. Once again, im very thankful for that tip, that opened my eyes for my future games.

I have a question regarding the Lotus C-execute: I always have the feeling it is very benefitial to gain control of hall for postplant. What is your opinion on that and do you recommend placing the hall smoke deeper to enable that or do you consider it more important to smoke off the initial two-height angle (the smoke you place in the video) to gain site control first?

I'd always use my default smokes in a way that is showcased in the video, because if you DON'T smoke the hall entrance only God knows if your teammates are going to die from that two-height angle or not - it's better to provide them the cover there, instead of risking it! ^^ When it comes to pushing the halls and taking space, that is based on previous rounds experience, economy, what your teammates are doing, where the spike is planted, how we want to play the post-plant and on enemies' available ultimate abilities. For an example, if my teammates are doing some kind of an aggressive play in halls, I'll definitely try to support them and take the space with them, or if I know that based on previous rounds our post-plants are not that good on C site, I'll be more aggressive and try to surprise enemies from some angles in halls where they won't expect me. It really depends on a specific scenario...

We use a cubby-position smoke to dodge their utility, and if you're skilled enough you can do it 95% of time! ^^

Every piece of utility in Valorant has a "line of sight", same as the players do. When you're crossing through smokes, there is a 0.5s - 1.0s window of time where you don't see anything inside or outside of the smoke. You want to use that time to dodge enemies or their utility! ^^ Simply moving outside of the smoke as some utility is passing through, and getting back into the smoke as that utility is going out on the edge of it...

Omen economy management changed a bit since the recording of this video... Now, if you want to use the "Classic Pistol + Shorty" strategy you either buy "Classic + Shorty + Light Shield + 1 Shrouded Step" or you buy "Classic + Shorty + 1 Shrouded Step + Paranoia + 1 More Smoke"! ^^

That's why predicting the enemies next move and doing smart rotations is very important my friend! You shouldn't play 1 site 24/7 or play in the middle of some map so that you can smoke everything. You're positioning yourself to counter enemies and control the outcome of your rounds. And you're smoking what you can smoke at that moment of time! ^^

On a fresh new account your performance in unrated games dictates your starting MMR in ranked! If you perform well in those 20 levels, you'll be placed higher after your ranked placement games. Other content creators usually buy their accounts with very low MMR, so they smurf in elo below Diamond for quite a lot of time. My accounts are handmade by my editor (he's Immortal player), and that's why I only play around 10 games in elo below Ascendant. After 10 games on these accounts I'm already playing against Ascendant and Immortal players! ^^

I'm giving a commentary on my "teammates" just to showcase how much you actually need to be focused in order to truly carry the ranked games, and that in a game of Valorant you NEED to focus on what you are doing, what enemies are doing, but also you need to heavily focus on compensating the mistakes of your allies, also another reason why I talk about my "teammates" plays is to teach you a proper decision making in as many scenarios as possible... And at the end of the day, there are always going to be some scenarios that are simply out of your control! ^^
