How to Play Open-Face Chinese Poker - Tutorial

Hi internet, it's me, Dominic!
Today we are talking about Open-Face Chinese Poker, a variation on Chinese Poker.
Open Face Chinese Poker is played similarly to traditional Chinese Poker in that you are given 13 cards in order to build three hands.
Each hand needs to increase in hand rank value.
The main difference between Open Face Chinese Poker and traditional Chinese Poker is in the way that you build your hands.

What if the middle and the top hand has the same score? (For example a pair)
