I'm really struggling with this leader. I love Luffy and purple however I despise black. I've never felt good or enjoyed playing any black deck. I tried this deck with Moria and it felt horrible, I play without it and I'm getting the feel for it I play gild toreso 5 cost 6k, on attack don minus 2 draw 2. If it sticks it's a constant free draw 2 That black Maria combo is something I never thought about, that's awesome

@@MaliEndz I've been playing for a few days now and gotten the feel for Moria. I don't run 10 drop Luffy anymore as I find myself always at 9 don or needing to play a Franky to filter my hand. I run 4 Moria and three 9 drop black kaido as the blackbeard match is near unwinnable I really like gum gum lighting however I run top knot again to deal with blackbeard

@ the 10 luffy has been super clutch closing out games or clearing boards. Depending on circumstances you can ramp up back to 9 don after the turn skip. Its to the point where I play 2 because I do wanna see him. I havent tested top knot yet but I definitely found I dont like lightning at all. Because I cant do franky and lightning the same turn without setting me back 2 don. Yeah black beard is basically just an auto lose we have to accept like BY luffy just auto loses to bonny

@@MaliEndz it's super annoying because I'm certain many locals will be loaded with Blackbeard, my locals is today and I know at least 7 Blackbeard player's. I know 9 drop black kaido isn't particularly great but it's realistically our best option I feel

whats the purpose for the Ice Age? I mean there isnt a card that can K.O based on 0 cost card or anything. Unless its mainly for the Trigger effect.

For the list that we showed with it, it puts targets into range of cost based removal with sanji (not to put them to 0 but put large budies into its cost 5 or less target range). Can also be combo'd on 10 don with 9c Kaido to KO a cost 11 or less when you give him rush

@ oh gotcha. Would using Tauru would also work since she is 2k counter but only 1 cost ?

@@TachiKomaBlue there are also targets like Jack (who is an 11 cost) that can stand to be ice aged. It's one of blacks most powerful removal tools so adding it to the deck makes sense but if you would like to use tsuru that sounds fine!

I don't think there's really much that can replace sanji, he's kinda 1 of a kind. As far as top knot you could try a bunch of different events, you have access to black so you should be golden there

I play 5 cost purple gran Torino. It's on attack draw 2. If BB doesn't remove it you'll gain really good value. It doesn't progress your game state much but the extra draw helps when they decide to draw out the game Edit: gild tesoro

I don't personally partake in that because it's not really something I'm interested in learning as well as it kindddddd of ruins the fun for me. I know some people say its easy to weigh PRB but outside of that, dunno!!
