Happy Saturday, I saw your link and checked it out. Nice sound indeed. The 1952 date seems to correspond with a similar song recorded by Stan Getz Lover Come Back to Me. That is the way of contrafactions. I like the Sam Cooke version to get the flavor of the B section. Thanks for the great music.

Hey Rod, sounding awesome as usual! Quick observation- I'm pretty familiar with this tune as performed by Horace Silver. Not sure if it's the tempo, phrasing, backing track, your EQ settings, but if I heard this without knowing it was you, I would have guessed it was Pat Martino. Nice job. Hope you don't mind my comment. I mean it in the most complimentary way. Great job!
