John lennon played piano, not Paul.

You may be right, but this is one of those Beatles history bits that is contested. Wikipedia says John played it, but other session notes and publications say it was Paul. It sounds like some of the piano is an overdub. To my ear, the signature piano hook at the beginning sounds a bit above John's piano skills in both composition and finesse, as well as feeling very emblematic of Paul's piano style. But either way, I should not have so confidently stated it as fact in the video :)
