I know you just said it , but is it REALLY ok to go physical if I have carries like Medusa? Sometimes late game I notice we still lack damage and magic build seams to lose impact.

magic build don't lose impact if you opt for utility item, hex and shiva

I'd say that's kind of the only way to play him right now. Without it the laning stage is just so much worse.
