Man I got to 43 runs on Saturday before I gave up. I got so tired whilst batting and tried sweeping a ball that wasn't there. It was a flat track with no movement at all I'm devastated that I missed out on more runs I need to work on my hunger for runs.

Probably by the far the best channel for cricket, be it for batting or bowling. Clear, concise, handson explanation of problems and solutions. I was playing a match on a turning pitch and this bowler who is rumored to be the next muralitharan pitched a bowl out side off stump on the wide line it was I think like between good length and over pitch the bowl where you slog. The ball spun and hit my middle stump. I swear everyone was just looking at him like: what did we just witness. Even his teammates weren’t celebrating as they were standing still, awestruck by that.

A general comment about playing spin is to read length quickly. I also read a comment that said having a wider stance than against pace helps read length. But there was no explanation why. Do you know why having a wider stance helps read length more quickly? Thanks

is it possible to play a sweep off of a very full ball that is just short of being a yorker? I don't know why i tried sweeping a straight ball on the weekend hit me on my back leg right on middle stump :(
