Wow! I was getting so frustrated trying to read the rules, so I started watching videos on KZbin. Those videos didn't help and left me more confused than when I started. Then I found this video and now I understand the game. You Fully explained rules better than anyone else. Thank you

I just started getting Legion stuff with no intent on playing the game, I just like to build and paint models. But after many videos of how to play this game game, I want to play it now. Out of all the videos that I've watched, yours by far is the best video I have seen. You explained the game very well and it was easy to understand.

Imagine a game of Rebellion where each battle is played useing Armada and Legion 😀!!! I can think of worse ways to spend a few weeks. (Btw Great channel. I am new to Armada and thinking about Legion. I used to play 40k and I'm not sure if I'm ready to dive back into a table top infantry game. But the more I watch your videos, the more tempted I am to try.

Don't forget in Armada when you have fighter combat you'd have to play X-wing too! You 😃

I set up a few friends to do a dnd style rpg with both xwing and legion, Basicly in space combat we play Xwing but on the ground we have two phases: 1. Exploration; you can find crates, shop keepers, and quest items to buy upgrade cards. And 2. Firefight: it is litterally just legion but you use the cards and units you bought\ found against the empire or.rebellion you also roll a 6 die to see how many rounds you have to fight and survive. Currently i have a freind of mine playing as another gamemaster who is leading the imperial airassult in space above scarif while the transport that did make it down with the other players is being attacked by my imperial garrison

Agreed , the rules may be the worst written I have ever tried to read. The only other rules that were this hard to understand was a game by Avalon hill called "Republic of Rome"

great video this is what I needed to go through to make sure I have the rules all correct also: i dont like limitations I dont use the 6 turn rule and command cards are doubled so each can be used 2 times then it goes away. Games are just too small and short.

So I have a question about attacking. From what I got from the attacking part is that you combine your upgrade dice with your regular weapon. So an example would be like if my rebel troopers have an upgrade for a grenade that has 1 black dice and upgrade for a machine gun that rolls 6 white dice. Would you combine the 6 white dice and the regular weapon dice. ?

Objectives will say which type. It's usually troopers, or "Any unit leader".

What "nice miniature" Star Wars game are you referring to? Imperial Assault is a BOARD game not a minis wargame, and WOTC's collectible minis game has been defunct for years.
