No. I'm really sorry but the only way to play Fur Elise on a Tremolo harmonica is with two tremolos because there is no D# on a C harmonica. You would have to hold two harmonicas in your hand, one in one key and the other in the key a semi tone above the first one. I'm, unfortunately not set up to make that kind of tutorial. I will one day, but no idea when.

Yours is the same type of harmonica as the one in the video. Even though it looks like 48 we say 24 because you treat the holes on top of and below each other as one hole. The tutorial should still work for you.
