To be completely honest the lyrics work so well for so many things, I like to think it's about your dog haha. The most unconditional love from a dog is just so healing. I've give anything for my dog.

LYRICS: They telephoned me just to say That nobody had the time for yesterday And all at once, I felt so small Started feelin' like nobody cared at all But then you called, only to say You'll never love somebody else this way And though I'm still battered and bruised I forgave the world the day that I met you Mm-mm, mm-mm [Verse 2] The people talk, it's background noise I don't wanna hear nobody else's voice There's somethin' sweet about your scent It's like lavender came and never left [Chorus] And then you called, only to say You'll never love somebody else this way And though I'm still battered and bruised I forgave the world the day that I met you Mm-mm [Bridge] Nothin' ever seemed to go right All my days, they just fell into nights Until I got a little bit of you in my life And then, suddenly, everything's bright [Outro] I know that there's a million different ways I could say How you're always the best part of my day And when you feel the need to forget the world You can call anytime you want, call anytime you want Mm-mm, mm-mm, mm-mm Hm

I first discovered your music on a mahogany live back in early 2020. You had just released your album "if that makes sense" and played some songs from it. Followed you closely ever since and it's been such a gem having watched you grow to where you are now!! Watching this video reminded me of that and I just wished to express my gratitude and thanks for your wonderful music and self ❤️❤️

Ahhh...the right hand plucking is so confusing! She shows the Am7 plucking in detail but not the later chords. Can someone explain what strings she is plucking for the later chords?? It's A G [B E] for the Am7, then E D [B E] for the rest of chords?? I'm super confused on the right hand plucking when she gets to the G major at 1:48. She cuts to the left hand but doesn't show the right hand!
