There's nothing in the rulebook for this game which says you need to "burn a card" before turning cards over and adding them to the community cards

@@AaronOfYell wow, you’re right on that. The burn and turn is standard poker rules and that’s how I was taught the gang and how I’ve played every time so when I did the poker teach, I just used the standard rules and didn’t check to see if this rulebook followed that, I just assumed. It doesn’t make a huge difference either way, the burn and turn just breaks up cards that may not have been shuffled as well or are stacked together in the deck but you can play either way.
