So I’m confused. Do I draw one coin each time and at the end flip the value? I played this with 4 people and we ran out of coins era 2 because we would draw coins each time. Say we got the multiplier by connecting a 3 city and 4 then we would draw 12 coins?!? That doesn’t seem right can someone help?

When you connect a 3 and a 4 city you gain 12 coins immediately and once. Then you flip one of the 2 city tiles of your choice to indicate that connecting this exact pair , will not score again. I have not played this with more than 3 players. It seems strange you run out of coins

Of course you do not unflip the cities on every round. They remain flipped
