This is a very good lesson for theory and practice. Thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, you forgot one very important thing in the exercises. What to do when your wrists start to hurt. What is the best way to practice to avoid this? What is the best way to sit and what is the best way to choose your hand position? Things like that would be good for a basics tutorial.
