I mean, you don't have to refuse anything because the deck obviously isn't dead. The jet/o-lion ban did nothing to the combo, PAK's one looks interesting and I'm so hurry to discover it tomorrow, but tbh, we already have plenty of competitive builds out there, post banlist, destroying the meta

why can‘t I summon red eyes dark dragoon with the red eyes fusion by using dark magician and defrag dragon? I have to use red eyes black dragon even though the fusion says that the fusion only has to list a red eyes monster as material but it don‘t need to be used? can someone pls explain why?

I'm confused on how you finish the combo optimally after making Herald to stop Nibiru. Do you just make Powertool, grab Fossil, and revive the level 2 tuner to go straight into Charles instead of going into the Coltwing since you wouldn't be able to get rid of one of the tokens with the revived Deskbot?

Hussein Moussa pretty sure the ruling is that because red eyes fusion specifically states a fusion monster that lists “red-eyes” as material so you have to use that material for the fusion summon using red-eyes black dragon. If you send ANOTHER fusion spell that does not have the same restriction then you could summon Dragoon with a dragon effect monster. Most people use red eyes fusion so you have to use red eyes black dragon. Hope this helps!
