So running around anyone is a pick, but what does that entail and which team? So if my team has the disc I can't move around anyone in order to make myself open?

The defense is concerned about it. If someone is blocking their path to covering you it's a pick.

hey emily, I have a question that you could hopefully make a video on. how do you huck high and not let it turn over? (flip to io or oi in mid air flight) hopefully you can get back to me. thanks!

Depending on the wind the answer changes. I cover crosswinds in my forehand io tutorial. Let's just assume the wind isn't a factor. The easiest way is to throw a flat high release. Release it above your head and throw with a flat angle. You can also throw a rise, but it's harder to make it go straight.

how can you huck a high release backhand 50-60 yards though? i am just struggling on high hucks to give my reciever time, not high release dumps to the endzone.

The throw at 1:22 is chest high with a very slight rise to it.

Hi MrLowLife - not sure exactly what you're asking. Is there any difference between hucking with a high release or a regular release? Generally high release throws are very short and hangs in the air. There is almost never a reason for a disc to hang on a huck since it gives defenders time to get under it.

So... Defensively you have to anticipate with out double teaming, setting up picks or being to close to the offense??? Do interceptions count as turnovers???

You can't double team the thrower, but you can be close to the person you are guarding. If you catch the disc your team will then be on offense.
