I have a question involving raid, if anyone can aswer it. On a raid card, there is text below the 'Raid' Keyword which is contained within a grey box, do the effects contained within the box only activate if you raided with the card? or does it also activate if you just play it normally without raiding? I ask this due to there being a Yellow raid card for Dr. Stone which has effects both within the grey box below Raid and outside, above the raid text.

When you raid do you get the on play effects of the raid card?

I would imagine so, on play is on play so soon as that card hits the field you will get the on play effect😊

Does the energy requirement also apply to the energy line? So if I wanted to play a 3 cost, i need to have had 3 energy down first right?

I dont think so given one of the gojo cards abilities specifically mentions that he blocks twice so , yes technically but i dont think its a gameplay feature
