I guess more advanced rules include no stacking of +2 / +4 and it is illegal to play +4 when you have other color card matching the pile color. Also custom wild cards have +40 I believe. And 0 has 10 points.

You forgot one rule if the draw pile runs out execpt the first card of discard pile shuffle all the other cards and make the draw pile again

If someone use +4 wild card can we use the reverse to make him pick 4 cards??

A Wild Draw 4 may not be played if you have a matching color in your hand (Wild cards doesn't count even if it matches any color) to the discard pile. If you believe the player played the Wild Draw 4 having a matching color, you may challenge him. He reveals his hand, and if it doesn't match, you must draw 6 cards instead of 4 and lose your turn. On the other hand, if it *does* match, the olayer who player a Wild Draw 4 draws 4 cards instead of you.

How about if you draw +4 wild card then the next player decide that she/he wants to challenge you??? What will gonna happen can someone tell me

If the player who challenged you gets it right you're gonna draw +4 and if he's wrong he'll draw +6

Our rules 1) First we decide a number card which can be used as a wild card say if we choose 2 then 2 of any colour can be used as a wild card.... 2) If a person puts +4 and the next person also puts +4 then the first person has to draw 8 cards 3) If a person puts +4 and the next person puts +2 then the first person has to draw 6 cards and vice versa 4) If a person puts +2 and next person also puts +2 of same colour then first person has to draw 4 cards 5) If u don't call UNO at the last card then there is a penalty of 7 cards....
