Venomancer Guide
My hero guides are mainly for people learning how to play Dota or for those who want to learn how to play a new hero. I aim to teach people the general concept of how the hero should be played and what makes it unique. I'm a Divine player around 5k and don't claim to be the best at Dota, but I do have enough knowledge and experience to help you learn the basics.

With the new items and the fact that veno is universal now, I think there's great potential to make it late game right-click effective, I just haven't found the right combination yet. I did in a couple games, but it was situational.

I skip them on purpose to focus on the core aspects of the hero. Item builds change too often and you can honestly just follow in game guides. Plus I will try to make more build videos for heroes going forward.

How to combo with Venom's shard if enemy got no dispel item ?

you can get a khanda and just use it as a separate nuke/initiation. I sometimes get that item on Veno because I like to ks with my ult in teamfights (so the ult debuff gets applied instantly on everyone around), and the khanda extra dmg helps with that. But I wouldn't say it's one of the heroes that can really exploit that stupid item.

Then they are slowed and taking damage. It's more of a counter to dispel rather than something to use all the time just for its own sake.

you forgot to mention that he can jungle at level 3 with his wards because you can kite the camps through them over and over
