what i do, if i have a kill lane, i start with w, so that when i hit level 2, i have stun and skeletons at the ready. For level 2, you need the 1st 2 waves without denies, that's all. You should be able to secure 4/8 creeps needed for fully charged W. Sure, if you need stun for the rune fight, level it, but wait with that, don't auto level stun. And please people it's nearing the end of 2021, STOP FLAMING YOUR WK for NOT LEVELING ULT at 6. That point is to be saved, and only taken if you think your team can come and you turn. Else, even merely evading death, and having to play fraidy cat for 3 minutes is worse that conceding an early death

I would say no, it is not an offlane. If you're going to play offlane I'd go with more traditional heroes.
