That is aggravating. I got it to work, but ONLY with a 2 prong plug, because I have to jam it in there from a 30 degree Y axis angle. Won't work with the 3 prong.

It works the same way with a 3 prong, just wiggle wiggle.

Gotta jam the plug in from below, at an upward angle, while wiggling it. Worked for me, but only with 2 prong plugs. Can't get any others to plug in. 😢
