By the way I am dancing since when I was 13 but it was not my passion at that time but i was enjoying it but now it become my passion but i don't know how to get command on it.

Becoming a professional Dancer it's a nice goal but it's too vague you need can you be targeted on your goal and the vision you have for your dance career for example do you see yourself more as a choreographer, a dance teacher, a great freestyle dancer try to be more precise so you can have more clarity

There's no exact answer this question it depends on each individual and their commitment For some people it takes longer and some it can be faster either way it's important to be clear on the type of dance career you want this will simplify the process
